- When the villa is rented, a deposit payment of 30% on the rental rate is required. Booking is only confirmed when the deposit payment has been received. The balance of the rental rate can then be paid upon arrival.
- The rent is reserved exclusively for the people named on the confirmation and no other persons whatsoever are permitted to stay there unless this has been agreed with me in writing. You must vacate the property during the morning on the day of departure (until 10.00 a.m.)to enable cleaning and preparation to be completed prior to the arrival of new guests. The villa is ready for your occupancy after 4 o´clock afternoon.
- Upon arrival a security bail of 500 € is required.
