Cancellation policy: Cancellations received up to 30 days before arrival: Deposit is non refundable
Cancellation received 2 weeks before arrival: 50% cancellation fee
No shows are charged 100%.
Check in is at 14:00 hrs (unless confirmed differently and subject to availability).
Check out 11:00 am (unless at last minute we can prolong it).
Arrival and departure days are flexible.

- All bedrooms have fine pillowed mattresses (two single pads on each) and each has its own en suite shower room with mosaic tiles.Master bedroom is located on top level and has its own large sun terrace with outdoor furniture for the morning or evening beverage, enjoying amazing views! Villa is cleaned twice a week and all linens and towels are changed twice a week. Additional cleaning (daily) can be arranged at a small extra charge. Cots can be provided free of charge. All bedrooms are air conditioned and the have blinds as well as curtains. Three bedrooms are located on the lower villa level and have shutters and independent access to the exterior area and pool. Each bedroom has its own plasma TV and DVD.
