The monies should be net of all bank charges when they reach our account.
Check-in is from 3pm on day that rental is due to commence, and check-out is by 11am on the day of departure (morning after the last night booked). Depending on bookings by other guests, you may contact us to arrange earlier check in or to extend departure times by a few hours. Rates include electricity, gas, routine house cleaning before and after your stay and fortnightly laundry supply. Bed linen and towels are supplied. - At the end of your stay if you wish to extend your stay and the property is not already booked, additional nights can be arranged at favourable rate per night or the full weekly rate should you reserve a further week.
