Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Prices are all inclusive of electricity, air-conditioning, weekly clean towels and linen, weekly refresher clean and departure clean. Rental periods are generally check-in by Saturday 4pm to check-out time Saturday 10am. We will also rent from Wednesdays for 7, 10 and 14 day holidays. Out of season we can be more flexible dependent on availability.
A booking form and Terms & Conditions will be forwarded to you for completion along with payment details. 25% deposit will be taken on booking to secure your reservation. Full payment must be made 12 weeks prior to your arrival date. A Security Deposit of €500 will be requested at the final payment stage which will be refunded subject to our Villa Manager confirming that there is no damage other than normal wear and tear and that all Terms & Conditions have been complied with. No pets, No Smoking.
Surcharge of €100 per week if pool heating is required.
Also, long-term lets available from November to March (details available upon request) - Payments in Euros via Bank Transfer
