- There are five double bedrooms with stunning sea views and one single bedroom all ensuite . Two bedrooms are on the swimming level with a patio outside and the hot tab area next to the swimming pool and the sauna.They both have ensuite bathrooms with bath and water jet showers, the one has a walk in wardrobe.One single room and a double room are on the ground floor. The double room is esuite with water jet shower and has a private patio with magnificent sea views and green around. On the first floor there are two master bedrooms. One has bathroom with water jet shower and two private verantas facing the sea. The other has an ensuite jacuzzi and an extra shower with waterjet. All bathrooms have bidets .There is an inside elevator (lift) from the swimming pool level to the first floor. extra w/c On the top there is roof garden with sunbeds and a fully equipped gym (tread mill ,bicycle,weights,weight bench and steam bath and sauna. We can accommodate up to 16 people by adding extra beds

BOOKING AND PAYMENT: One third of the total amount is invoiced and due payable at the time of booking with the balance and security deposit to be paid in full two months before arrival. Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer, credit card charges incured. Full bank details will be provided upon request and invoiced accordingly. CAR HIRE can be arranged for you on request
DEPOSIT: A deposit of 30% of the total cost of the rental is held against utility and sevice charges and any damages or breakages which may occur during your stay. All household utility services i.e electricity,gas,oil, telephone/fax call charges, movie rentals, will be deducted from the deposit. Usage is metered and charged at cost. We aim to return the security deposit balance as soon as possible , this can take from 1 to 15 days. You will receive a detailed statement for the charges. Garden and pool maintenance are included in the price of the rental
