No meals are included. Security deposit of Euro 300 required. 120 Euros End Clean charge includes cost of linens. 50% deposit payable upon reservation. Balance due before 60 days prior to arrival. If booking is made within a 60 days of the arrival date, 100% of the rental due is required to secure the booking. - The cancellation of a confirmed booking entails the forfeiting of all payments made. However, every effort will be made to find a replacement tenant, in which case the Client will be reimbursed pro-rata, minus a 25% service charge. If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.Special arrangements made for last minute bookings.
