Details for Hamilton House

A beautifully-presented farmhouse with magnificent river views, situated in an idyllic position on the banks of the River Tweed. The elegant interior is decorated in traditional, country house style and offers spacious accommodation for up to 6 guests with three double bedrooms each with their own bath or shower room. (A temporary bed is available on request to form a twin bedroom). The house has recently been fully renovated and re-furbished and is extremely well equipped with all ‘mod-cons’ including Sky TV and wi fi. Outside, the large garden is a perfect spot to sit and watch the river and its inhabitants including otter, birds and deer. From the garden is a path leading to the river and a network of fabulous walks. Guests receive a welcome hamper on arrival with a homemade cake and breakfast goodies. If you fancy a real break, a full or part time cook is available and delicious homemade meals can be delivered to the house. The perfect rural retreat for families and friends!

Children's facilities - A travel cot and high chair are available on request. Dogs – Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Environmental policy - All bath and shower toiletries and household products are eco-friendly and biodegradable with extra facilities for recycling.
