Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- There is, in addition to the rates shown above, an end of let cleaning charge of 150 Euros, paid directly to our manager in cash in Nice. This charge includes 'meet and greet' on your arrival at the apartment, collection of keys and cleaning of the apartment at the end of your stay and laundering of towels and linen. Our manager will also be available to help in case of any emergency.
- A refundable security deposit is also due, and will be returned to you after the end of your stay less any deductions for breakages, careless damage or making good after accidental damage - normal wear and tear excepted. The security deposit is 300 pounds per week or part week.
- The apartment should normally be vacated by 10 am on the date of departure - there is a left luggage facility at the main train station if your departure time from Nice is later in the day; the 23 bus will take you from the apartment to the station or from the station to airport terminal 1.
Alternatively it may be possible, by special arrangement with our manager in Nice, to leave luggage at the apartment until later in the day.
In the event of cancellation we will attempt to re-let your holiday dates. Any dates successfully let will then be refunded.
