It offers 220 sqm, 4 bedrooms (two double, two single), a large kitchen and dining room, living room with open fireplace, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, whirlpool, terrace, 3 balconies, swimming pool (10 to 5 meters), sunset view at the pool. The house is situated on a hill with an incredible view over the Austrian mountains. Sheltered at its back by the forest, you can take long walks through nature directly from the property. The charming cultural metropole Graz is just 30 minutes away. You can reach the airport Graz within 20 minutes. There is skiing, riding, golf, tennis in the area. Explore the vineyards of the 'Austian Tuscany' and the special Südsteirische cuisine in one of the many traditional restaurants in the area!
