- SEASONG has only just become available to visitors on a short term basis, having had extensive renovations over the past year. Starting in May 2009, you can now book weekly or monthly stays, with arrivals on Saturday or Sunday. No daily rates.

There are no additional taxes or gratuities. Maid service is on changeover day (usually Saturday) and one day during the week. Laundry facilities are available, and your stay is self-catering. - DEPOSIT AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RENTAL:
We require a 20% deposit within seven days of making the reservation. Full prepayment (non-refundable for any reason, with no exceptions) is required 30 days prior to arrival. If the reservation is cancelled outside of the 30-day penalty period, your deposit is returned less a $100 handling fee. If the reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, the prepayment is forfeit. We are firm in this policy and recommend that renters purchase trip insurance if there is ANY possibility they may have to cancel the reservation within 30 days of arrival. - ARRIVALS ARE PREFERRED ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY, as those are the days our cleaning service takes care of check out/check in cleaning.

About Our Location: Seasong is at Marley Beach in Warwick. Many readers may be aware of the former hotel called Marley Beach Cottages -- Seasong was formerly a part of that hotel, although it has been substantially upgraded since the property was an hotel. Steps away from a beautiful and private beach, central to just about everything anyone could wish to do in Bermuda with convenient bus stops at the bottom of the driveway, restaurants within walking distance, golf, tennis, sightseeing and shopping only minutes away..... This is a rare gem in Bermuda for the visitor who doesn't want the large hotel stay and prefers to get out and do their own exploring and discovery based in one of the most romantic, private and spectacular settings in Bermuda!
Sunrises, Sunsets and Whales: Seasong faces south, and no matter the time of year or weather, the sunrises and sunsets are nothing short of spectacular! Whale watching is wondrous in the springtime, with frequent sightings early in the mornings and early evenings during March, April, and sometimes into May. The whales are often within half a mile of the beach as they come in during the night to protect their young. You don't need binoculars to watch them frolicking, breeching and just covorting in Bermuda's tranquil and protected waters. During the summer months, the snorkelling on private Marley Beach is magical. You can even see scores of large parrot fish feeding on the reefs close in to the shore with your naked eye right from the terrace overlooking the beach. Ocean kayaks are available for our guests' use on the beach. The swimming pool belongs to a relative of the family that owns Seasong, is located on the neighbouring property and is currently available for our guests' use.
IF YOU HAVE MORE PEOPLE: We also have a studio apartment on the property. It's called Sand Pebble Studio. This is a large studio with kitchen, full bath, large bed/sitting room, patio etc. You can view this unit on this website. you might like to consider also renting the studio if you have a larger party. It is suitable for two and can be set up with king bed or twins. The studio rents at $2,000 per week in the summer months, and $1,000 per week in the winter months.
