- The minimum rental charge for any booking is £500. Rental rates are based on occupancy of up to six people. For more than six, cost will be calculated on a pro-rata basis. Fridays are treated as a week-end day.
There is a maximum occupancy of seven people. Other accommodation is available on request.
We can also offer rates to include breakfast or evening meal. Please email stating your requirements.
The evening meal is subject to availability.
We ask for a 50% part payment on booking with a security deposit and the balance payable by credit transfer one month before arrival, or as cash on arrival.

Bedroom two is on the ground floor and has shower en-suite facilities and a stable door leading onto patio with open views across field to woodland, where it is not unusual to see deer grazing in the meadow beyond. Bedroom three is on the ground floor and has bath en-suite facilities and a stable door leading onto patio with same open views across field to woodland. A cot or folding guest bed can be added to bedroom one or three on request.
