The split-level upper floor, where the entrance is, is an open plan with a spacious living area with open fire place, flat screen TV and comfortable furnishings; dining area and fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, mixer plus all necessary kitchen utensils; the terrace doors lead to the furnished upper veranda with magnificent views over the Bay of Elounda and its turquoise blue sea, with the islet Spinalonga strategically placed in its middle. Three steps lead to the first master bedroom with balcony, a twin-bedroom and a bathroom with toilet.
Ground level
The ground level is reached by a flight of stairs, where the second master bedroom, the wellness room and a second toilet are. The wellness room and the master bedroom have terrace doors leading to the furnished ground level terrace with private swimming pool and again magnificent views of the surrounding area.
