Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rental charges are inclusive,no extra costs, Rental includes bed linen, towels, electricity & cleaning at the end of your stay. A deposit of a 25% is required to secure the booking, and the balance is due 1 month prior to your stay. For late bookings the full amount is due at time of booking. We also charge a £100.00 refundable deposit which is refunded within 7 days of the end of your stay. We accept payment by pay pal, cash on arrival, sterling cheques posted to our uk address (8 Commercial Rd Grantham, Lincs. NG31 6DB), and bank transfer NB we normally only accept bookings for 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday, however, we are happy to take bookings for less but we would have to make a charge of £35 for cleaning
