- Costs include linen and welcome pack. A 30% deposit is required on booking with full payment payable within 8 weeks of booked dates.
- The guests remain liable for any damage or repair necessary to the Stables caused by themselves. They must also alert the owner to any said damage or breakages. Cancellation: The amount paid by the guest will be refunded (less deposit) if the cancellation is more than four weeks before the start of the rental period. If cancellation is less than four weeks a refund will only be made if the accomodation can be re-let for the said period.
The guest is responsible for their own holiday insurance. - A charge of £15.00 is payable for electricity during the colder (winter) months.
