Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

A Non-refundable £250 p/w is required at time of booking and full balance to be paid within 8 weeks prior to departure.
A cheque for £250 is required as security against any damage that may occur during the renters holiday at the villa. This should be in the form of a cheque paid with the final balance .This will be returned after the holiday period when the management company reports that there has not been any damage or breakages at the said home.If there is no damage the cheque will be returned within 28days.
If you wish to rent the home for less than 4 nights then a cleaning charge of $90 plus tax will be charged.
Bookings will be confirmed when cheques have cleared into the bank account of owner.

Cancellation Charges
If for any reason you decide to cancel the booking after paying the deposit then refunds will be given as follows
More than 6 weeks notice in writing 75% returnable
More than 4 weeks notice in writing 50% returnable
Less than 4 weeks notice nil returnable.
You are advised to take out cancellation insurance immediately. - Pool heating though not normally required July to Sept can be arranged through the management company if required.
If you wish to pay me when you book the cost is £20 per day. If you pay the management the cost will be higher as they charge you for the service.
Barbecues, cots and highchairs can be rented separately through the management company.

- Top floor bathroom serves k/s master bedroom and two twin bedded rooms ideally situated for one family. Ground floor showerroom is oposite the queen bedroom. Grund floor k/s master bedroom has its own bathroom en suite. All bathrooms have ample towels and flannels for large families. Please note No Beach towels are provided. There is a washing machine and dryer in the villa for your convenience

- Our bedrooms are furnished to a very high standard. All bedrooms have ample stoage space for hanging and storing your clothes. Master suites and Queen bedrooms have designer furniture incl bedlamps and bedcoverings .There are two king sized bedrooms (one with bathroom en suite) and one Queen size bedroom with its own shower room and toilet .The second king size bedroom has a separate bath shower and toilet and it shares this facility with the childrens bedrooms on the first floor.. The beds are top grade luxuriously soft and padded so comfortable you wont want to get out of them especially at 8 in the morning when the kids want to go to the parks. At least when you get home you will be pleased to be able to relax in total comfort in a wonderful soft bed and get a good nights sleep before the fun starts again the next morning. This house is ideal for two families as both master bedrooms are equal in size and furnishings.
