- PLEASE ASK ABOUT OUR SPECIAL JANUARY DISCOUNT!! We welcome monthly renters with special discounts. Summer is $2100, Spring and Fall are $2500, and Winter is $4200 per month. We welcome payments by CREDIT CARDS via Pay Pal, International money orders or wires.
- Rent is subject to 6% Florida tax and 4% local tax. A one-time $90 cleaning fee applies. The house is professionally cleaned before your stay and if you would like, we can put you in touch with someone who can clean for you during your stay. A REFUNDABLE $500 security deposit is returned to you within two weeks of your departure.
- Your booking fee is equal to one half of the rent. The balance of your charges are due 45 days prior to your arrival. Cancellation is permitted prior to this time with refund of 75% of your booking fee.
