Above rates are quoted in EURO including VAT and all taxes. Rates are per unit per week.

• If more than 4 persons to stay in the Villa, a extra charge per person 50 euro apply on above quoted rates except during period A than no extra charge is applied.
PAYMENTS TERMS
• 30% of not refundable is required upon confirmation.
• Balance of payments 6 weeks prior to arrival.
• If the balance is not paid by the due date we reserves the right to cancel the booking and levy cancellation charges in accordance with our cancellati - CANCELLATION POLICY
• All reservations can be cancelled 30 days before arrival date except during period 21.07.09 – 24.08.09 when 45 days are needed.
• Cancellation received less than 30/45 days prior to arrival date, 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellation received less than 15 days prior to arrival date, 75% cancellation fee.
• For Non-Show, 100% cancellation fee - VARIOUS
• Electricity, Water, Air-Condition, Full maintenance service, Maid service and cleaning 6 mornings a week are included.
