• Linen change every 2 days

• Private Parking lot at your Villa. Security Service around the clock.
• If more than 4 persons to stay in one Villa, extra charge per person 50 euro apply on above quoted rates except during period A than no extra charge is applied. - PAYMENTS TERMS
• 30% of not refundable is required upon confirmation.
• Balance of payments 6 weeks prior to arrival.
• If the balance is not paid by the due date we reserves the right to cancel the booking and levy cancellation charges in accordance with our cancellation policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of cancellation must be notified in writing and the following cancellation charges will apply from the time your written instructions are received by us:
• 48-30 days prior to arrival : 30%
• 29-15 days prior to arrival : 50%
• 14 days or less prior to arrival : 100% - VARIOUS
• Electricity, Water, Air-Condition, Full maintenance service, Maid service and cleaning 6 mornings a week are included.
