Please not that on day of departure all guests must vacate the villa by 11.00am. - Christmas and New Year weeks are 3000 per week and must be booked in at least 10 weeks advance which include all Christmas decorations presents a Christmas to remember it is a Santa grotto (i would book it if i could).
- All electric, gas, water and linen cleaning is included in the price,all we ask is that at the end of your stay you leave it in the way you would leave your home. Thanks.
