- There is a one-off final cleaning charge of €130. A down payment of 25% is required with booking and the remainder is due 4 weeks prior to arrival. A deposit of €100 per set of keys is taken when you arrive and is refunded when you return the keys.

Skiing: Several Pyrenean ski resorts are within 50 minutes drive: Les Monts D'Olmes (1600m-2000m), Axe-Les-Termes (1600m-2100m) and Camurac (1400m-1800m). Les Angles (1800m-2300m) is a 2 hour drive away, but the road is spectacular. In winter, make sure you have winter tires and chains. The mountain roads can be treachorous, especially if you like to take the minor, but more beautiful roads.
