The Local Area: Hamilton Estate stands on a peaceful hillside situated on the Caribbean west coast of Antigua, a fifteen-minute drive to the capital St Johns and twenty-minutes from the airport. Jolly Beach is just a few hundred yards away a long sweep of soft white sand and turquoise sea fringed by palm trees and with a backdrop of scenic hills and peaks. The entrance to Jolly Harbour Marina and resort is also just 10 minutes walk from Hamilton Estate. This extensive complex offers the largest and finest marina in the Caribbean and superb recreation facilities. A fine 18-hole golf course and a sports centre. The commercial centre has a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars, and a supermarket to sustain the needs for everyday living.
