- Any stay of less than 1 week will incur a $75 final cleaning fee (stays of one week or more include this fee). Aside from holiday weeks, discounts can often be given for stays of 2 or more weeks or if your travel dates are somewhat flexible (in this case a stay of less than two weeks can still earn the guests a discount).
Reservation Deposit: A deposit in the amount of $200.00 (or 20 %, whichever is greater) is required at the time of reservation and the balance is required 30 days prior to the arrival date. The reservation deposit will be applied towards the total balance due. Please make this payment by check or money order in U.S. funds or if paying by credit card, please fill in the information at the bottom of this agreement. In the event of cancellation, the rental fee (minus reservation deposit) is refundable if written notice is received (by mail, e-mail or fax) 30 or more days before scheduled arrival date for guests that choose to pay the full sum in advance.
