Rate information for this Lannion area house rental

  • - Security deposit: €500. This is paid on arrival and will be refunded in full after departure subject to damage inspection.
    - Linen & towels: All linen is included in the rental price. Towels are available for an additional charge.
    - Energy costs: Included in the rental price.
    - End of stay cleaning: Included.
  • Catering: We are able to cater for our guests should you require it. We can provide breakfasts from 5€ per person per day, through to full board if required. Please specify your requirements when booking. If you would like to host a special celebratory meal during your stay, we can arrange for a local chef to attend the Manoir and prepare a menu of your choice. A three course meal typically starts at 28€ and the menu can be as challenging as you wish. We can also arrange for service on these special occasions.

    Services: We are able to offer a maid service and assistance with cleaning prior to departure. Costs vary from 80€ for final day cleaning, to 200€ for full maid service for the week. This can be tailored to the guests requirements.
    - Baby sitting is offered at a cost of 5€ per child per hour.
    - We can compile a welcome pack for our guests cotaining some essential items if required. We will quote for the pack dependent on the clients requirements.

First and Second Floors and Outbuildings:: First Floor Bedroom 1 - ensuite with four-poster bed and two singles. Bedroom 2 - ensuite with double bed, two single bunks, and one fold down bed. down bed. Bedroom 3 - ensuite with double bed. Bedroom 4 - four-poster bed with additional single. The Grenier appartment has open plan living area, kitchen, bathroom, one double bedroom, one bedroom with a single bed and two single bunks, and another bedroom with one single bed. Second Floor Bedroom 5 - twin with ensuite bathroom. Outbuildings Utility washroom with laundry and drying facilities. The games barn is equipped with table tennis, table football, darts etc.

Exterior: The private grounds of the Manoir extend to five acres. Situated along a no-through road, and surrounded by farmland, the setting is both tranquil and safe with little or no traffic. The Swimming pool of 6.5m x 3.5m is indoor and heated. Lockable patio doors control access to the water. The raised decking area at the front of the pool is well equipped with furniture and loungers. In addition to the decking area there are several patio tables with seating which are ideal for eating outside. We have both gas and charcoal barbeques for our guests' use. There is a soft sand tennis court and boules pitch for the use of guests, along with a children's play area for our younger visitors. The grounds contain both formal gardens and lawns where football or other ball games can be safely played. We provide a selection of bicycles for guests to explore the grounds and surrounding area.
