- The master bedroom is very large and has a comfortable sitting area which catches the evening sunsets over the marina. The second bedroom can sleep two but it is a cosy double so is perfect for one, or as a guest room. There is a sofa bed in the sitting room for the occasional extra guest. There is a B & O Television with DVD in the master bedroom, and a Bose music system throughout the bedroom and bathroom, sitting room and kitchen.

An excellent cleaning lady is available at £10 per hour, which is recommended for lets of over three weeks. She is also a superb ironer. Tenant to pay her direct, but to be arranged by owner A charge of £25 is made for cleaning and laundry after the tenant has moved out. The flat is cleaned prior to the rental at the owners cost.
