- Rental rates are the same for each wing. A payment of 30% of the holiday cost is required at the time of booking. the balance along with a security deposit of 150 Euros is payable two months before the holiday start date, the security deposit will be returned once the house has been checked and the keys returned. No refund is payable within one month of the holiday start date and you are advised to take out holiday cancellation insurance. Change over is Saturday, other days may be possible by agreement. Guests are requested to arrive after 3pm. You will be sent keys (or will be greeted on arrival) along with detailed directions at least two weeks before the holiday start date. Departure time is 10am.
