  • A booking deposit of 25% of the total rental is required to secure booking; The balance is due no later than 90 days prior to arrival. The preferred methods of payments are by VISA, CASH or PayPal on request - all funds are quoted in US currency. Please note a Refundable Security Deposit of $250 is due prior to arrival. The following cancellation policy applies to all reservations cancelled by Client before arrival.
    CANCELLATIONS – A ninety (90) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty however the $45 Booking Fee is non-refundable. Cancellations made 61 to 90 days from arrival will forfeit the Reservation Deposit (25% of Rental) and the Booking Fee. Cancellations made 60 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit 80% of the Rental Monies including the security/damage/cleaning deposit.
  • There are discounts available for Summer Rates(May thru Sept) with the exception of Aug which is Crop Over season, and regular rates apply.

Meet and greet service available at property. For an additional cost (approx. $70 BDS payable locally) a taxi can be arranged to pick you up from the airport. Local Activities: Maxwell Christ Church is right in-between the entertainment district of St Lawrence Gap and the popular Oistin's Fish Market. There are amazing beaches in walking distance from Dover, Maxwell and Welches all located right off the Maxwell Coast road. Super Markets are within a mile as are several restaurants, bars and pharmacies located right in the neighborhood. Silver Sands offers some of the best Wind and Kite Surfing on the island and is a short 10 minute dive from the apartment. Bridgetown and the city center are also 15 minutes away and offer great shopping, entertainment and dining in the heart of the city. Buses, taxis and Zed vans are easily accessible from the apartment.
