This bedroom is Luminous, very quiet, sunny all the morning ; opening by a large double french window, on a garden 20m2 (unusual in Paris) equipped of garden furniture (for the tranquilities of people building please don't use the garden after 9.30 pm). - LIVING/DINING ROOM : there is a sofa bed which, opened, is a extra large double bed. This living-room is equiped of a table and 6 chairs with 2 armchairs to dinner. Quiet ,clear and very sunny all the afternoon. This apparment is for 4 people ( maximum 5 in adding a single bed in the Bedroom 1 ) .

Car Parking at ' Porte d'Orléans ': At ' Porte d'orléans ' underground station at 10 minutes walking from our flat , there is a cheap parking for your car in order to not have some troubles with your car . You'll find all details about it in enclosures information I sent you after your inquiry .
