- The master bedroom has a completely private bathroom, and a small private terrace. The living room has a sofa bed that can be used as a bed for extra guests. There is second full bathroom off of the living room, so whoever sleeps in the living room can have complete privacy.

Building: The building has a beautiful classic entrance with doorman. An old wood-trimmed elevator goes up to the top floor. From there the door to the apartment leads to a small stair that takes you further up to the penthouse level. For convenience, a dumbwaiter was installed to carry suitcases and anything heavy from the top floor to the penthouse.
Apartment: The apartment has one bedroom, two bathrooms, a galley kitchen and a large living room with working fireplace. The living room has unobstructed views of Rome through floor to ceiling windows, and a huge terrace that essentially doubles the living space inside. Two zones of air conditioning for the summer, and an independent boiler for the winter ensure complete climatic control in any season of the year.
