    • The payment of the rent of the Condo cannot be prorated between different persons. A person has to take the responsibility of doing the payment for the rent of the property.
  • The following assessments will apply to cancellations for Condo Playa Blanca # 1:
    -Cancellation prior 90 days from arrival date will result in the forfeit of one night’s rent
    -Cancellation prior 60 days from arrival date will result in the forfeit of 50% of deposit
    -Cancellation prior 30 days from arrival date will result in the forfeit of 100% of deposit
    -Cancellation prior 20 days from arrival date will result in the forfeit of 100% of total rent
    -There are no refunds on cancelled holiday reservations
    -Holidays are defined as the weeks of: US Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and Easter
