The cleaning/laundry charge is €70.00 per booking
We are now able to accept payment by PayPal (+5%) which is cheaper and quicker than bank transfer and you don’t need an account to make the payment. Please ask if you prefer this method.
We are happy to consider rentals any number of days, but the cheapest rental periods are 1 week or more.
Rentals of 1, 2 and 3 days that fit between existing bookings may attract a small discount.
Conversly, bookings of less than 3 nights that do not fit with existing bookings attract a small surcharge to cover the extra costs incurred with the cleaning and laundry and the breaking up of a potential weekly let..
Please understand that our aim is for full occupancy, and our quotes will reflect that principle.
Check-in is 4pm and check-out is 10am on your final day. These are industry standard and allow time to prepare the apartment for your arrival, and for the next guests - Rental periods of two weeks or more attract a further discount. This will of course be larger in lower seasons than in the higher seasons.
We are happy to answer your questions regarding either the rental property or the destination. Its your holiday....ask away :-) - We require credit card details to secure the booking, and to hold as a guarantee against loss, damage or non payment. Should you prefer not to use your credit card, please add €500.00 to the first (or only) payment when wiring the money. This will be returned within two weeks to your preferred bank account by wire less fees, or by signed for insured mail in the currency of your choice less postage and exchange fees.

- The shower room is fully tiled with a heated floor and shaver light and plug. there is a double sized shower cubicle and a high and low shower head. There is also a toilet and washbasin. the cloakroom has a toilet and vanity unit with washbasin, very useful if someone is showering! This second toilet has a tiled floor also. Both toilets have extractor fans .

- The double bed is a kink size four poster bed with drapes at the back. The 3 single beds are all three foot beds with proper mattresses. The bed settee is double sized and has a sprung mattress. All the beds have comfortable mattresses. The bedrooms are separate rooms with their own doors....no odd arrangements as can be found in some apartments where you have to go through one bedroom to get to the other. The bathroom is separate and off the main hall, as is the kitchen and cloakroom.
