This unique penthouse condo is situated at the top of mahogany run with panoramic vies over the bay and over to St Georges .Three double bedrooms three lounges all with sofa beds so can sleep up to nine .Three bathrooms ,large kitchen with utility area,vast balcony with spectacular views over beach with sun loungers and patio area with bbq; this family retreat is geared up for relaxation and having fun .Met at the airport by Mike our taxi driver,who will stop at the mall for you if you wish to get some groceries .A bottle of champagne and basic groceries are in the fridge .Maid service five days a week to pamper and look after you to make this the self catering holiday without the chores !Books DVDs abound all over the condo plus TVs and DVD players ;there are many areas to relax so children and adults can find their own space ;all this but a couple of minutes down to the beautiful Morne rouge beach .

Nestled into the corner of Morne rouge bay Mahogany run is a discreet ,quiet beach location .Ten minutes walk however brings you to Grande Anse beach full of first class hotels, modern shopping malls ,scuba diving and sailing centres, Banks, chemists and a varied selection of fantastic beach side restaurants. Travel further down the coast to visit St Georges the hub of Grenada.Wander down the Caranage arguably the most attractive port in the West Indies .Stop at the Nutmeg for a carib beer, stroll through the spice market or shop at the busy cruise terminal mall for souvenirs. Hire a car and visit La Sagesse beach for lunch at the beach side restaurant,then back to your own penthouse paradise for a cool rum and coke on the balcony watching the sun set and the cruise liners drifting out of the bay. Notes: This condo is huge with loads of different sitting areas,a balcony that runs the length of the property and views over St Georges and Mourne Rouge .It is a family holiday home used frequently during the year by family and friends .The kitchen and dining area is large and very well equipped .There are three sitting areas with sofas and chairs plus beautiful sun loungers on the balcony overlooking the sea .There is also an upstairs dining area romantically overlooking the bay for meals when the childern are in bed perhaps !!

Mahogany Run is a small complex of Italian designed condominiums all with breathtaking views and beautiful gardens .They are all privately owned and used by the owners as well as being rented out when not in use .There is a reception and a security guard at night although this is a safe and very quiet exclusive area .The gated steps down to the beach make this very safe for children and very quiet .For those who wanr to totally chill out but be not that far from night life,restaurants and activities this is the perfect place for a holiday .
