Near the Atalaya Park Beach Hotel with 10 tennis courts, disco etc heated pool and gymnasium. only 1km from Atalaya Golf, this villa is large and comfortable with excellent furnishings and equipment and only 5kms from Puerto Banus. The pool and mature half acre garden are wholly private. Astra TV.(limited). Maid twice weekly. Beach 300m. The accommodation includes entrance, large living room leading to terraces and pool, dining room, fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor are double bedroom with jacuzzi bathroom, one twin with bathroom en suite and second twin with shower room opposite. Guest cloakroom. Upstairs, the master double bedroom has air-conditioning and an elegant bathroom.
