Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $1495/wk. & up
- Rates for Max. 4 adults plus 2 children: $1495/wk. October - December 15. $1750/wk. February 1 - April 30 & June1 - August 15. $1850/wk. for Christmas/ New Years ( a 2 week minimum rental for Christmas/New Years) & Easter. All other dates $1650/wk. Please ask about discounts for stays of two or four weeks on our Peak and Off Peak Rates. A $300 refundable damage deposit and a $100 cleaning fee is required with final rental payment. Note: The rental rates are for accommodations at Conch Shell Beach Villa only. The motor boat , ocean kayak, and bicycles are offered free of charge for your use at your own risk. Note: An energy surcharge is applicable on this rental for any electricity bills in excess of $75/wk. PLEASE CONTACT OWNER FOR AVAILABILITY.
