Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Refundable $250 security deposit taken at time of reservation. Security deposit will be refunded back to occupant within 14 days after stay. Rate reflects 4 person occupancy. Each additional adult is $25/per person, per night
- 3 night minimum preferable.
Rates for Fall/Winter 2011: $225 weekend night per 4 person occupancy. $200 weekday night (Sun-Thurs) Each additional Person $25/per night ($275 for holiday weekends)

Cleaning Fee: $100 for stays less than a week, $150 flat rate for a week or longer.
