Guest house Kearee: The 90 m² living space is separated among 2 floors. Through the patio (about 40 m²) you can get to the well-lit Mediterranean living room and the open American kitchen, which is equipped completely with all comforts. The furnishing is defined through its functional, modern design that gives this attractive, unpretentious guest house something special. An interest contrast to the lush green trees that surround the house. It also has a double bedroom (double bed 180x200cm) with an en suite bathroom. On the top floor you will find the larger bedroom (200x200 cm) also with an en-suite shower/bath, which is equipped in an Italian design. The large window and patio doors give the room a well-lit and sunny effect. The 50 m² patio has wood boards and is another place of relaxation in the guest house. The pool (10 x 6 m) is located on the property of the main house and is of course available for shared usage.

Golf: The property is located directly by the golf course of Son Vida, one of the most exclusive golf courses in Majorca. Nearby you will also find the golf course Son Muntaner, which was chosen as the best golf course for 2006. In June 2007, a third golf course also opened near Son Vida (Son Gual).
