A $250 refundable security deposit and an initial payment of 50% of total rental fee are required as soon as booking is confirmed. The balance must be received 30 days before date of arrival. If booking is made less than 30 days prior to arrival time, $250 refundable security deposit plus 100% of rental fee is due at time of booking. A valid credit card is required at time of arrival. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card. The full security amount will be refunded within 15 days of departure contingent on satisfactory report of the unit, no items missing or damaged and no smoking inside of home.
Rates are subject to change until confirmed. - Cancellation Policy:
If booking is canceled up to 30 days prior to arrival date, 50% of initial rent deposit and full amount of security deposit will be refunded. No refunds other than the security deposit will be given on cancellations less than 30 prior to arrival time. If balance is not received within the specified time, the owner reserves the right to cancel booking without any refund of the initial rent deposit. No refunds will be given for late arrival / early departure. We strongly suggest the purchase of traveler’s insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances. Rates are subject to change until confirmed.

There is a huge walk in closet, where a hotel safe has been installed to keep all valuables private and secure. The en-suite bathroom has a Roman tub, an enclosed bath and double sinks. The soothing second bedroom has a regal queen size bed, beautiful tropical linens, flat screen HDTV, and a closet. The beautiful third bedroom has two comfortable twin beds, a flat screen HDTV and closet. Which ever room you choose to sleep will have you waking up relaxed and serene every morning. A comfortable sofa bed in the game room can accommodate two people.
