50% reservation deposit due with reservation. Full payment due 30 days in advance of occupancy. $500 Security Deposit due with final payment.
Ask about 2 night minimum weekend rates (not availale July and August)
We pay for the house to be cleaned upon your departure. Charges will apply if home is left in unreasonable condition. Mid-stay cleaning avaialble for $250. All we ask is that you start a load of towels prior to departure so the cleaners have time to get the house ready for the next guests.
