Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Xmas/New Years $3,000.00 per weekm or $500.00 per day. Minimum stay 5 days.
Easter holiday and Salvadorean holiday (First week of August) $2,500 per week or $375 per day
Special rates for 2 weeks or longer.
Maximun occupancy 12 people including children. Discount for group of 4 people or less.
1/2 rent is required to reserve desired dates. $50 -90 one-time cleaning fee.
Rates are fixed and non-negotiable $200 refundable damage deposit - Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

- The master bedroom is located on the main floor, has a King bed, exits to pool and has ocean views. Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed is located on the second floor and exits to a terrace with views of palm trees and mountain. It also has a large window with shutters that open to the atrium. Bedrooms #3 and 4 are very spacious with 2 double beds in each bedroom, and bedroom #5 is a small bedroom with twin beds. All of them are beautifully decorated.
