For rentals up to 3 months duration, we require 50% deposit with remainder due no later than 30 days prior to your intended arrival. Discount given for 4 + months.
All prices include taxes, utilities, wifi/internet, and cable TV.
Please note: For 3 months or longer, we require first month, last month, and refundable security deposit to reserve your dates. Thank you.
We're sorry, we cannot accomodate weekly or short term rentals. The French Quarter has many lovely hotels for short term stays.
