This property has it all! Outside, there is 165 feet of super sandy beach, a slide on the pier, a swing set on the beach and a covered cabana with tables and chairs above the boathouse to watch the sunset. There is a heated outdoor shower to rinse off all that sand. Inside the 3000 sq. ft. home, there is central air, a roomy eat-in kitchen, dining room, great room, sun room. The house can sleep 14 comfortably. If you have time to watch TV there is cable. Sheets & towels are provided. Round Lake is an all sports lake. There are marinas in the area if you would like to rent a boat. Great area for families. 15 minutes from St. Joe. 30 minutes to South Haven.
