Welcome to Beautiful Victoria, BC, where you will find golfing, beaches, hiking, great shopping and restaurants and a lovely quaint downtown. And welcome to our home, a great family home which backs onto a field and playground and is a ten minute walk to any of 3 beautiful local beaches. Enjoy a modern kitchen, a family room, play room, formal living and dining room and 4 bedrooms plus a loft. The deck is perfect for backyard barbecues and there is even a basketball court in the backyard for sports enthusiasts. The backyard also has a swing set and playhouse for the younger members of your party. Our house sleeps 10 in beds. There are 3 TVs with DVD players, a PS2 system with games, and lots of movies for a rainy day.

Amenities: Cape Cod House has a large deck in a private backyard with a hot tub, new stainless steel barbecue, and table and chairs for warm summer evenings. There is also a basketball court, play structure and sandbox. Inside you will find a tastefully decorated home with a formal living and dining room, and plenty of informal spaces in which to relax. There are three rooms with queen sized beds, two rooms with two twin beds each, an optional toddler bed/crib and a hide-a-bed in the playroom.
