• Security deposit $500 (refundable) and one-half of the rent required to reserve the house. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Failure to pay the balance due will result in forfeiture of the entire amount paid to date and cancellation of the reservation.
• Should your plans change after your deposit or full payment has been made, we will happily reschedule your stay for a mutually convenient time. No refunds are given on this home.
• Pets are not permitted. Violation will result in forfeiture of deposit
• Smoking in the house is not permitted. Violation will result in forfeiture of deposit
• Check-in at 4:00 P.M. - time to chill the wine and enjoy the beach! Check-out at 10:00 A.M. to make room for our next guests!
