Our choice location makes travelling to and from downtown convenient and hassle free, and our comfortably furnished residence offers a tranquil place to unwind. The University of Calgary, Mount Royal College, Foothills, Children's and Rockyview Hospitals are all within easy access. The living room and large family room are alive with warm cheerful colors. A gourmet kitchen offers all the amenities for a discerning cook. The two main floor bedrooms have queen-size beds. The large bright basement bedroom has the option of two twins or a king-size bed. There are two modern bathrooms, one main floor and one downstairs. A single vehicle garage provides covered parking. High speed internet access and digital phone service (with free calling anywhere in Canada and the USA) are provided. Chickadees, nuthutches and blue jays frequent the backyard bird feeders. In the Summer the yard is full of flowers. A gas heater extends enjoyment of the deck to the late Spring and Fall months.
