Kitchen-all new appliances plus microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, electric can opener, etc. Private backyard with backyard furniture, barbecue and plants.
Activities: Boat trips to Channel Islands/Whale Watch in Season/Boat Rentals/Bike Rentals/Fishing/ Quite a few GOLF Courses Nearly/Two local harbors/Farmers Markets/Antique Shops in beautiful Old Town Ventura/Santa Barbara Zoo and Beaches/Wineries Area: Depending on traffic: 35 min to Malibu 30 - 40 min to Santa Barbara 25 min to Ojai 10 min to Ventura 1 hr to LA; 1.15 to Magic Mountain in Valencia or Universal in North Hollywood 1.5 to Hearst Castle. 1-1. 1 hour to Santa Monica or San Fernando Valley 1.15 to Beverly Beverly Hills 30 minutes to Ronald Reagan Library (NOT just for Republicans - really a wonderful place to visit)

Guest Book: We had a wonderful stay, the weather was beautiful and the house was homey and comfortable. The Wilsons, Oconomowoc, Wisconsin While the temps soared in L.A. we were once again in beautiful Oxnard enjoying the weather and the beach. The waves were wicked and we all used the boogie boards for the first time. Thx for the memories! The Martins, Los Angeles, CA We had a lovely, relaxing time playing at the beach each day and going for a boat ride to Anacapa (lots of dolphins), etc. The house was comfortable and convenient..
