NO ADDITIONAL FEES OTHER THAN SECURITY DEPOSIT AND NH 9% TAX.
CANCELLATION OF RENTAL within 30-7 days of start of rental period will result in forfeiture of 1/2 deposit and paid rent and taxes. CANCELLATION within 7 days of start of rental will forfeiture all payments, except security, unless a renter is found for same rental period.

Living area has games, puzzles and exchange library in addition to VCR/DVD, CD stereo and Cable TV. Laundry includes full size washer/dryer. Linens are provided at no extra charge if you don't wish to bring your own. Occupancy of 6 is strictly enforced with overloading fines.
