Amenities:: The fully furnished kitchen including utensils, pots, pans, stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. A washer and dryer is located right in the condo for your convenience. The condo contains one queen and two twin beds along with a hide-a-bed pull out. Each bedroom contains it's own vanity and wash basin. Also included is air conditioning in the master bedroom, color television, DVD and a small lanai. The building includes a small plunge pool and barbecue area. Secure covered parking is included with the rental. The city and county of Honolulu have begun to crack down on unlicensed vacation rentals. We Are Not One of Them. We are fully licensed. Our vacation rental license number is 90/TVU-0929 and our Hawaii tax ID is W30147628-01. The proposed regulations being considered by the legislature would require all advertisements to contain the address of the rental. In anticipation of the new requirements, the address is; 320 Liliuokalani Ave. #1005 Honolulu, HI 96815
