For stays less than 7 nights, payments are refundable if a cancellation is made prior to 30 days before arrival date and we are able to re-rent the villa for the same time periods.
For stays of 7 nights or more, payments are refundable if a cancellation is made prior to 90 days before arrival AND we are able to re-rent the villa for the same time periods.
There is a cancellation fee for all cancellations in the amount of one night’s rental rate.
Any refunds will be returned once all re-rented dates are confirmed with payment.
We are happy to accommodate your pets ONLY when previously agreed to in writing, and with pet deposit.
All rooms are non-smoking.
