There is also a large den area with a pull-out couch. This room also comes with a ceiling fan, phone and TV. Attached to the second floor hallway is a large porch with a six-top table and four rocking chairs. This porch also leads to the pool in the back down below. 3rd Floor The third floor den has a large wrap around sofa with a TV and DVD player, as well as a stereo with CD. There is ceiling fans in every room.

The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. There is a breakfast bar for two overlooking the den. There is a round dining table that seats six. There is also a porch attached the 3rd floor den, which has seating for 16. There is a large table for 10 as well as two other smaller tables. There are two bedrooms located on this floor. There is a roof-top bar on the final floor, which opens up to a 1450 sq. ft rooftop deck. This sun deck has awesome ocean views from everywhere on the porch.
