Amenities: Fully equipped kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, spices, etc. New washer/dryer and separate area to for outdoor gear. Living room has couch and two recliners and gas fireplace, with sliding doors to the deck. In addition to a large dining room table for 8-10, there's a table for four in the kitchen. The living room has a 27 inch TV with DVD & VCR and cable, in addition to 2 TVs in two other bedrooms. All kinds of games, DVDs. Internet access available. Large deck has gas grille & charcoal grille and lots of chairs. Besides indoor garage, along side of the house on the property is a large area that can fit a trailer with boat, ATV or skidoos, or motorhome.
Secluded landscaped backyard. Lots of room for everyone!!Large air conditioning unit in dining room/living room and one in the large master bedroom as well as numerous fans. Activities: All year - great hiking, gorgeous views, outlet shopping, restaurants, etc. Autumn - one of the best places to see the leaves of autumn. Summer - Near Meadowbrook Concert Hall- full summer series of concerts by top named artists & Loudon Nascar Race Track; beaches, swimming, boating, hiking, water parks, water skiing, fireworks, biking, ATV, fine dining, short ride to Meredith, Wolfeboro as well as less than an hour from Franconia, North Conway, and other NH attractions. Winter - Gunstock Mt. a mile & half away - Downhill and cross country skiing, Top-notch ski/snow board school, snow shoeing. Snow mobiling available.
Area: Less than 2 hours from Boston; one mile from Gunstock Ski/Recreation area; lessthan 2 miles from the Lake; near Tilton outlets, NASCAR racing, 9 & 18 hole golf courses nearby, fine dining throughout the Lakes Region, crafts fairs, antique shopping, etc.
Ski: Gunstock only a mile away.
Golf: Lots of golf area within 10 miles from the hosue.
