Please include a non refundable cleaning fee of $150.00
Cancellation policy: Cancel more than 60 days prior to arrival for full refund. If cancel within 60 days, you will only receive a refund if we are able to rebook.
Balance: Due no later than 10 days prior to first rental date. If wish to pay balance with a personal check, you will need to mail to us with in 10 days before checking in otherwise come prepared to pay cash, bank check or traveler checks. - October 18-May 23 $1500.00
